1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, however Kimaculate Studio reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policy.
You must complete a consultation form before your appointment as required for certain services.
If you want nail art, please book this at the time of booking and send inspiration images at least 7 days before your appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment may incur a late cancellation fee.
The service you initially book has a specific time slot. Any service changes can be requested up to 48 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment by bank transfer only.
No upfront payments or booking fees are required.
4. Nail Care Guidelines
There is a maximum 4-week rule for infills. Please rebook within 4 weeks of your last appointment. Anything beyond this timeframe will require a chargeable rebalance service.
If you have a set from another nail technician, you must book a 'soak off & fresh set (not my work)' service, which incurs an additional cost.
Please do not pick or peel your manicures as this will damage your natural nails.
5. Quality Guarantee and Repairs
If you experience lifted or chipped nails within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately and we will fix the affected nail(s) free of charge.
Any nail repairs requested after 48 hours will be charged as a standard service.
No refunds are available once you have left the appointment.
6. Health and Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule and avoid late cancellation fees.
Do not attend your appointment if you are sick. We work in close proximity and need to protect the health of all clients and staff.
7. Appointment Conduct
Please refrain from using your mobile phone during appointments to ensure quality service and safety.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the full service within your allocated time slot.
8. Data Protection
Your personal information is only used for booking purposes and will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
